Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is seeking a seasoned Indirect Lending leader to oversee the Indirect Lending Program and drive its operations. You will develop policies, expand dealer partnerships, ensure timely loan processing, and manage risk while pursuing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Minimum of five (5) years job-related experience required.
• Minimum of one (1) years previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Indirect Lending Program and operations.
• Develop and maintain Indirect Lending policies and procedures.
• Grow dealer relationships and ensure timely loan processing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for Indirect Lending.
• Monitor program performance and generate regular reports.
• Lead a team of loan officers and staff involved in Indirect Lending.
• Assist with budgeting and department goals.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor rates and trends.
