Pay Range: $26-$32/hr
Candidates who meet all required qualifications, including indirect auto underwriting experience and direct experience with required loan origination systems, may be eligible for consideration toward the higher end of the pay range.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Indirect Auto Credit Analyst, you'll review and underwrite vehicle loan applications submitted through dealership networks on behalf of credit union partners.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing indirect auto loan applications and supporting documentation
Analyzing credit bureau reports and borrower credit history
Evaluating:
Debt-to-Income (DTI)
Payment-to-Income (PTI)
Loan-to-Value (LTV)
Income documentation
Overall borrower risk
Making loan approval, decline, and stipulation decisions within lending guidelines
Documenting underwriting decisions and rationale within loan systems
Communicating directly with dealerships and credit union partners
Following up to obtain missing documentation and loan conditions
Managing a high-volume queue while meeting production and turnaround goals
Supporting funding and loan completion activities
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of indirect auto underwriting experience
Experience independently approving, declining, or stipulating auto loan applications
Strong experience evaluating:
Credit reports
DTI
PTI
LTV
Income verification documentation
Experience using at least one of the following loan origination systems:
MeridianLink
Keystone Correlation
CUDL
ArcOS
Ideal
L360
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback
Preferred Qualifications
Credit union lending experience
Experience working directly with dealerships
Experience using multiple loan origination systems
Previous remote underwriting experience
Experience mentoring junior underwriters or analysts

This position requires flexibility and weekend availability.

Monday-Friday
9:00 AM-6:00 PM Mountain Time
Regular Schedule After Training
Thursday-Monday
Tuesday & Wednesday off
12:00 PM-9:00 PM Mountain Time
Sundays are required
Each quarter, employees may have the opportunity to bid for alternative schedules based on production and performance metrics.
Candidates must be comfortable working evenings and weekends as part of their regular schedule.
