Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder’s Center for Cultural Connections and Community seeks a Program Coordinator for Native and Indigenous Students to mentor, advise, and coordinate educational programs for Native and Indigenous students on campus. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
  • 2+ years of campus programming and advising Native/Indigenous or related underrepresented groups.
  • Experience with diversity, inclusion, and equity concepts and training.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement high-impact programming to enhance belonging for Native and Indigenous students.
  • Provide advising to Native and Indigenous students, meeting students each semester.
  • Develop and assess outcomes for programs and partnerships campus-wide.
  • Collaborate with CNAIS and other programs to support student development and retention.
  • Foster an inclusive center environment and coordinate funding/assessment activities.
