Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• 2 years of post-bachelor experience with campus-wide programming and advising Native/Indigenous students.
• Strong project management and event planning capabilities.
• Experience developing diversity and inclusion trainings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-impact programming for Native and Indigenous students.
• Provide meaningful connections to CNAIS and student services.
• Create welcoming, inclusive spaces and transformative programs.
• Coordinate Native and Indigenous programming in response to incidents.
• Align events with campus strategic plans and assess outcomes.
• Develop assessment measures for data-driven planning.
