Job summary

A leading defense contractor is seeking an Indexing Operations Specialist responsible for maintaining and overseeing compliance of criminal justice records within FBI systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing such records and must possess a Top-Secret clearance. This role requires knowledge of criminal justice terminology and strong analytical skills. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience creating or managing criminal justice information records.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a sworn law enforcement officer or similar criminal justice experience.
• Must have Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conducts entries of records in FBI criminal justice information systems.
• Engages with MAJCOMs regarding Disposition of Firearms checks.
• Monitors and tracks DAF information requests for compliance.
• Provides resolutions to Requests for Information related to records.
