Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience creating or managing criminal justice information records.
3 years’ experience as a sworn law enforcement officer or similar criminal justice experience.
Must have a Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities
Conducts entries of records within several FBI criminal justice information systems.
Focal point for respective MAJCOMs regarding Disposition of Firearms checks.
Engages with assigned Indexing Compliance Managers and JA offices.
Conducts real‑time evaluations and audits for DAF indexing records.
Ensures compliance with established DoW and DAF policies.
Monitors and tracks requests for DAF information into federal databases.
Engages directly with DAF-CJIC CHRI Data Manager and Audit lead.
Provides resolutions to Requests for Information team.
