Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics (or associate's degree with relevant experience).
• Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting best practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLookup/VLOOKUP) or willingness to learn those features.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Financial Reporting (monthly and annual).

• Assist Accounting Manager and CFO as needed.
• Payroll preparation assistance.
• Participate in process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency within the accounting department.
