Responsibilities

• Evaluates vendor invoices and employee expense reports for documentation and approval prior to processing.
• Coordinates the Accounts Payable payment process.
• Analyzes vendor activity, accounts payable activities and financial accounts.
• Proposes changes to accounts payable processes.
• Supports the month end close process.
