Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Callaway, Montgomery, Lincoln, Warren, St Charles, St Louis, Franklin, Gasconade, and Osage counties in Eastern Missouri. You will serve as the ambassador for the Stine brand and build a robust dealer network.

The role requires 3+ years in ag-related roles, strong communication, and proven sales ability to grow territory revenue while collaborating with the Regional Agronomist for technical support.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience (agronomy, crop production or seed sales)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven sales skills and ability to overcome obstacles, negotiate successfully, and develop dealer networks

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the territory to meet sales goals for the district.
• Work with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high level sales support in the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers, personally or through a designated seller.
