About B.A.T Design Company: We are the premier truck upfitter for Ram, Chevrolet, Ford, and GMC.

Position Overview: We are seeking Independent Sales Representatives across the United States. This is a commission-only 1099 role with significant earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect and develop new dealer relationships.
  • Manage active accounts in person weekly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize sales revenue and grow our dealer network.
  • Develop and follow up on business leads.
  • Manage all aspects of stocking dealerships.
  • Prepare sales forecasts by units and dollars.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, focusing on customer mindset.
  • Adapt proactively to changing business needs, presenting creative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Exhibit strong time management, prioritization, and planning skills.
  • Build constructive working relationships characterized by inclusion, cooperation, and mutual respect.
  • Take personal responsibility for work quality and timeliness, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Make timely, informed decisions considering facts, goals, constraints, and risks.
  • Approach cold-calling fearlessly.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of sales experience with automotive franchise dealerships; proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for long periods and maintain a good driving record.

Territories available throughout the United States.
