Job summary

egelloC is seeking a strategic, highly organized Student Success Coach to guide families through one of the most important journeys of their lives. This is a fully remote, client-facing role focused on long-term academic planning, extracurricular development, and admissions strategy.

You will be the primary contact for a caseload of students, collaborate with the Essay Editing and Client Success teams, and lead high-level coaching sessions and milestone planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of college admissions coaching, counseling, or mentoring experience required.
• Experience as an Independent Educational Consultant (IEC) strongly preferred.
• Experience independently managing the full college admissions counseling process.

Responsibilities

• Individualized coaching and accountability for students and families.
• Strategic admissions planning aligned with students’ interests and target universities.
• UC/Common App positioning of stories, essays, and activities.
• Parent communication and guidance as a trusted advisor.
• Student progress tracking and timely interventions to keep milestones on track.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Essay Editing and Client Success teams.
