Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience in QA/QC roles.
• Experience on large, complex projects in industries such as transportation, infrastructure, construction, telecommunications, technology, or defense.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems, including internal audits.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and root causes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, computer science, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in the Inland Empire area, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of the program's Quality Management Plan and quality documentation.
• Plan, schedule, and execute regular audits across operations, systems, and subcontracted services, and own the formal reporting, follow-up, and closure of findings.
• Verify reporting accuracy and KPI performance through data sample validation, trend analysis, and annual audit reporting.
• Lead root cause investigations of nonconformities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through to closure.
• Ensure deliverables, purchased materials and services, and subcontractor work meet contractual quality requirements.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a trusted, independent quality voice with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
