Luster is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the QA program for large heavy‑civil infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, transit, airports, and water facilities. You will develop the quality management system, ensure conformance to contract requirements, and drive action on nonconformances across multiple disciplines.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in QA for large programs, ISO 9001:2015 experience, and strong audits, with proficiency in QA software and MS Office.

Competenze

• BS/related degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audits.
• Proven track record leading QA on large heavy civil programs.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain the program's quality management system.
• Review QC plans and ensure contract requirements are met.
