Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee ISO 9001 systems across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites. You will supervise a Quality Coordinator and guide site laboratory teams in analytical testing, audits, and continuous improvement.

Key duties include leading audits, ensuring validated methods and calibrated instruments, and driving CAPA. A bachelor's in a science discipline and 5+ years QA/QC experience are required; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years QA/QC experience in industrial manufacturing or related processing.
• 2+ years laboratory supervisory experience.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification required.
• Experience with wet chemistry and analytical instrumentation.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• ASQ CMQ/OE or CQE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System and document control.
• Lead third party registrations and customer audits.
• Provide direction and training to lab and site quality personnel.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Ensure analytical methods are validated and instruments calibrated.
• Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Manage laboratory resources, budgets, and quality metrics.
