Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee ISO 9001 QA/QC across multi-site manufacturing. This remote role will supervise a Quality Coordinator and provide leadership to laboratory teams, ensuring compliant testing and method validation.

You will manage audits, CAPA, and quality metrics, with up to 50% travel to sites. A chemistry/engineering degree and 5+ years QA/QC experience, plus ISO 9001 auditing certification, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial manufacturing or related field.
• 2+ years of laboratory supervisory or leadership experience.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification required.
• ASQ CMQ/OE or CQE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System and audit readiness.
• Lead third-party registrations and customer audits.
• Provide direction and training to laboratory and site quality staff.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products.
• Ensure analytical methods are validated and instruments calibrated.
• Lead quality investigations and CAPA (root cause analysis).
• Manage laboratory resources, budgets, and quality metrics.
