Job summary

The Periscope Group is currently seeking licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists to perform in-home, one-time medical necessity assessments as Independent Contractors across the United States. You will assess patients in their homes and provide equipment, service, and care recommendations to support independence.

Ideal candidates will have strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable navigating varied home environments and schedules.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as Physical or Occupational Therapist.
