Job summary

The Periscope Group is hiring independent clinicians to perform one-time in-home medical necessity assessments as part of a nationwide network of therapists. You will evaluate individuals in their homes, offer equipment and care recommendations, and document findings through a secure online portal accessible from devices of your choice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist with active licensure.
• Malpractice/liability insurance (may be purchased at time of offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs and varied home environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in a home setting.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care to maintain independence.
• Complete documentation through secure online system accessible from any device.
