Job summary

Periscope invites Physical or Occupational Therapists to join its nationwide network as independent consultants performing in-home, one-time medical necessity assessments. You’ll deliver expert recommendations for equipment and services to help members stay independent, with documentation completed securely online from any device.

Responsibilities include conducting home assessments, traveling to member homes, and providing assessments that support care decisions.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (may be purchased at time of offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in a home.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, services, and care to maintain independence.
• Complete documentation through secure online portal from any device.
