Job summary

The Periscope Group is recruiting independent contractors to perform in-home medical necessity assessments as Physical or Occupational Therapists. You’ll evaluate clients in their homes and provide equipment, service, and care recommendations to help maintain independence.

Work is flexible with set assessment timeframes, access to training, and a nationwide network of expert consultants. Valid therapist license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Active Physical or Occupational Therapist license.
• Lifing 30 pounds and navigating stairs in home settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficient with online portals and device-based documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in a home.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care.
• Complete documentation through an online portal on any device.
