Periscope Group is seeking independent contractor Occupational or Physical Therapists to perform in-home, one-time medical necessity assessments across the United States.

You will conduct assessments, provide recommendations for equipment and services to help members maintain independence, and complete secure online documentation from any device.

Formación

• Current licensure as Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (may be purchased at time of job offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments, and perform physical assessments as needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to and from member homes.
