The Periscope Group seeks an Independent Contractor Physical or Occupational Therapist to perform one-time, in-home medical necessity assessments nationwide. You will evaluate clients in their homes, provide equipment and care recommendations, and document findings through our secure online system.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/liability insurance may be purchased at the time of offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments, and perform physical assessments as needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficiency with online portals and uploading documents using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in a client’s home.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care to maintain independence.
