Periscope is seeking independent contractor therapists to perform in-home one-time medical need assessments. You will evaluate functional needs, recommend equipment or services, and document findings through a secure online portal from any device.

The role offers scheduling flexibility, travel to patient homes, and potential for ongoing professional growth through our training programs and a nationwide consultant network.

Qualificações

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Malpractice/liability insurance may be purchased at time of offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficient with technology and online portals for documentation.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsabilidades
