Responsibilities

• Master the art of setting appointments and delivering impactful pre-planning presentations.
• Use Navigator to complete contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor all sales activities and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Utilize Velocify to track contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-ups.
• Employ various methods such as cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events to generate leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing "whatever it takes".
• Stay informed about relevant topics, including veterans’ benefits, social security, and end-of-life decisions.
