Responsibilities

• Educate families about pre-planning decisions in the community.
• Set appointments and deliver pre-planning presentations.
• Use Navigator to complete contracts accurately.
• Track sales activities and performance metrics.
• Use Velocify to maintain timely follow-ups.
• Generate leads via cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, events.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a can-do attitude.
• Stay informed about veterans’ benefits, social security, end-of-life decisions.
