Small Talk Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, in-person role. New graduates are welcome to apply as part of a collaborative team that values clinical judgment, documentation, and colleagues across disciplines.

You will evaluate developmental, motor, and sensory needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help children participate in daily activities and play.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT licensure or eligibility to obtain the appropriate license before starting.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach with families and colleagues.
• Commitment to individualized, evidence-based pediatric care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating how developmental, motor, sensory, and other functional challenges affect daily activities.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with goals for play, self-care, and participation.
• Providing engaging, evidence-based interventions that fit each child’s needs and interests.
• Supporting skills such as fine motor coordination, visual motor integration, dressing, and participation in daily routines.
• Helping families understand progress and use practical strategies between visits.
• Collaborating with teammates and other professionals involved in the child’s care.
• Maintaining timely evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Bringing curiosity and ideas to improve clinical services.
