Qualifications

• Experience in managing packaging operations and logistics.
• Skills in packaging design to collaborate on concepts, layouts, prototypes.
• Understanding of packaging engineering for technical requirements."
• Experience with quality control to ensure performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Research skills to analyze customer needs, product characteristics, and market trends.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customer sites.
