Allied Fire Sales & Service is seeking an outside sales representative for Northwest Indiana to develop and service municipal fire departments, stand-alone EMS agencies, and industrial accounts along the Lake Michigan corridor.

The role is commission-only with no base salary. Territory includes eight counties; success relies on calling on plant fire chiefs, driving quotations, and maintaining CRM data. Vehicle, fuel, insurance and business expenses are self-funded.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience to fire departments, industrial fire brigades, or closely related municipal/industrial buyers.
• Ability to live in Valparaiso, Crown Point, Portage, Chesterton, or Michigan City.
• Ability to operate as a 1099 contractor and fund 9–12 months of ramp.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of SCBA, turnout, or breathing-air systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own all assigned fire, EMS, and industrial accounts in the eight counties.
• Call on plant fire chiefs and brigade leadership on a weekly cadence.
• Prepare municipal and industrial quotations; support bid packages where required.
• Maintain CRM notes, forecast, and pipeline.
• Represent Allied at regional fire and industrial safety events.
