Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. invites an independent Optometrist to lease space inside our Fishkill, NY Walmart location, providing eye and general health care to shoppers within an in-store clinic-like setting.

You will define your own practice days and hours, control patient scheduling, and set your fee schedule while retaining 100% of exam/professional fees, within store operations and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry program.
• Valid state optometry license.
• ME/VA license agreements are with Gumberg Asset Management Company.
