Sam's East, Inc. invites licensed optometrists to operate an independent lease inside Walmart stores, delivering eye and vision care while promoting overall wellbeing. You set your days, hours, and patient schedule, and you keep 100% of exam fees in a flexible, store-based practice.

Participants may opt into advanced equipment, and/or administrative/opt-tech support where state guidelines permit. This role emphasizes autonomy and patient care within a premier retail setting.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) with valid state ophthalmology license.
• General Liability/Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
• ME/VA license agreements with Gumberg Asset Management Company.
