Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of 1 year phlebotomy experience.
• Valid state-issued Driver License; must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record for last 5-years; own reliable transportation; proof of auto insurance (100/300/100).
• Clean criminal history; background checks may apply for patient care roles.
• Phlebotomy Certification from an accredited school or equivalent, preferred.
• Home Draws: minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience; credentialing may be required for Home Draw team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Canton, Ohio.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory and facility staff.
