Job summary

American Health Associates is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to visit patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Northeast Ohio, delivering on-site laboratory services.

Ideal candidates hold phlebotomy certification (preferred) with experience in venipuncture, strong customer service, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. You will work independently with flexible scheduling to support our mobile care model.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Minimum one year phlebotomy experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities across Northeast Ohio
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling and transport of specimens
• Provide compassionate, professional service to elderly patients and healthcare partners
• Complete required documentation and communicate with lab staff
