Job summary

American Health Associates is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve patients in the Dayton area and surrounding Northeast Ohio. You will travel to homes and facilities, collect blood samples, and ensure proper labeling and transport while delivering compassionate patient care.

The role requires phlebotomy experience (cert preferred), a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication with healthcare partners. Flexible schedules support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong venipuncture skills with elderly patients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing facilities, and other sites across Northeast Ohio.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary methods.
• Verify patient ID, label specimens, and ensure proper transport.
• Provide compassionate service to patients and coordinate with facilities.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with the lab team.
