Job summary

American Health Associates is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to service patients across the Cleveland/Akron region, visiting homes and facilities. You will perform venipuncture, ensure accurate sample labeling, and maintain compassionate patient interactions with a flexible, independent schedule.

Requirements include phlebotomy certification (preferred) and prior experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected for travel across Northeast Ohio.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills and ability to work with elderly patients.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities across Northeast Ohio.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure proper labeling and transport of samples.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and partners.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate with lab and facility staff.
