Job summary
American Health Associates is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to visit patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities across Northeast Ohio, including Paducah and surrounding areas as listed. Qualifications
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21.
Responsibilities
- Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Northeast Ohio.
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
- Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
- Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
- Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staff.
