Job summary

Underwriter Services Association Inc. seeks experienced Commercial & Personal Lines (Residential) Insurance Consultants to join our approved vendor network.

As an approved vendor, you will conduct interior and/or exterior loss control inspections in your coverage area and report findings via our cloud-based system. This contract-based work is paid per inspection with fees set in advance and paid weekly upon satisfactory order completion.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year in residential loss control surveys.
• 3–5 years in commercial loss control.
• Must own Windows 10 PC and high-speed internet.
• Detail oriented with flexible schedule.
• Reliable car for wide territory.
• Camera pole up to 12 ft and measuring tool.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments via email/phone.
• Perform on-site inspections of properties.
• Take clear digital photos.
• Identify hazards and document controls.
• Upload reports through cloud system by deadline.
• Communicate with client guidelines and insureds.
• Provide high quality and professional services.
