Job summary

Underwriter Services Association Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial & Personal Lines loss control consultants to perform interior and exterior inspections as approved vendors. The role is contract-based, with inspections paid per order and weekly payment upon completion.

You will use your own equipment and a cloud system to submit reports. Applicants should have experience in residential and commercial loss control, reliable transportation, and the ability to work across a wide territory.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of interior/exterior residential loss control surveys and 3–5 years in commercial loss control.
• Ability to meet hard due dates with minimal supervision.
• Own a Windows 10 computer with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email and/or phone.
• Conduct property inspections and take digital photos.
• Identify hazards/controls and document findings at the property.
• Upload reports/photos through the cloud-based system by deadline.
• Familiarize with client guidelines and communicate with Preferred Reports and insureds.
