Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a DESE Skills Trainer to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence through ADLs, IADLs, and community integration. This role collaborates with the Senior Director to provide person-centered services and maintain detailed documentation.

The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience supporting skill development for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Commitment to community-based, family-centered supports.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Independent Living skills.
• Support engagement in community-based activities and use of public transportation.
• Encourage development of community living skills like shopping and navigating settings.
• Maintain documentation of services and ensure compliance with policies.
