Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 24 hours of training annually.
• Current physical examination and PPD on file.
• Able to read and comprehend plans and instructions.
• Clear English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with insurable DMV record.
• Criminal background acceptable per agency standards.
• Complete Medication Administration course within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide health, safety and wellbeing support in the residence.
• Assist in planning and implementing the program.
• Help individuals set goals and follow through.
• Support individuals to advocate for self and access services.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transportation as needed.
• Follow health care plans and use medical equipment; perform first aid if needed.
• Document and report incidents per procedures.
