Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months’ experience in a direct care role with individuals who have developmental, learning, emotional, or physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach independent living skills to consumers in groups and individually, following the ILS schedule.
• Conduct community-based activities using public transportation for real-world training.
• Document client progress and complete assessments on entry to the program.
