Westminster Palms in St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking an Independent Living Sales Counselor to work in our Life Plan Community. The role uses our sales systems to maximize occupancy and supports the Director of Sales in driving traffic and converting leads.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field and two years of sales experience, preferably with seniors or in housing. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive total rewards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field; and two (2) years sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably with seniors.
• Older adult housing sales experience preferred; CCRC sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize internal and external systems to increase and maintain maximum occupancy.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective/current residents.
• Assist prospective residents in selecting, visiting and inspecting housing units.
• Enter new leads and maintain current information in ENQUIRE; ensure leads are recorded the day of contact.
• Manage visits and tours of prospective residents to the community; support the Sales Director in training.
• Lead development and review meetings with the sales team.
