Sound Decisions Recruiting represents a premier Life Plan Community in Sarasota, FL, seeking a high-energy Sales Counselor. This onsite role focuses on building relationships with affluent prospects as they consider entrance-fee contracts and lifestyle options.

You’ll work closely with the Life Planning team, conducting tours, handling phone outreach, and guiding prospects from first contact to deposit in a patient, long-term sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of active, quota-carrying sales experience.
• At least 3 years in a long-cycle, relationship-based sales role.
• Demonstrated leadership skills; supervisory or management experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and experience with a CRM.

Responsabilités

• Manage leads by phone and email, scheduling tours and follow-ups.
• Enter detailed notes into the CRM and maintain an accurate lead database.
• Conduct personalized tours of the campus and residences for prospects and families.
• Collaborate with Life Planning team and Director of Life Planning to move leads toward deposit.
