Presbyterian Living is seeking a Sales Counselor for Westminster Place in Evanston, IL. The role focuses on contacting leads, setting tours, and guiding prospective residents through the decision process to join our community.

The position offers a base salary range with annual bonuses, on-site work, and a benefits package. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and multiple years of sales experience, preferably in senior housing, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of sales experience, preferably in senior housing.
• Expansion experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and goal oriented.
• Patience and problem-solving skills appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Contact via telephone with potential residents to generate appointments.
• Set initial and follow-up appointments with prospects.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to encourage moves to the community.
• Work with sales/marketing to exceed quotas and goals.
• Respond promptly to inquiries for information, tours and residency.
