Job summary

VOA Colorado seeks a Service Coordinator to provide housing assistance and case management for seniors and disabled residents at Westgate Towers Apartments in Denver. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing to tailor services and support resident wellbeing.

You will conduct needs-based assessments, outreach, and collaboration with providers; maintain records and develop programs to empower residents to age in place and stay self-sufficient.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and good organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with community resources and case management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and coordinate services through referrals.
• Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions.
• Coordinate and monitor services to ensure quality of care and cost effectiveness.
