Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Wisconsin seeks a Residential Counselor to provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building support in residential and community-based settings, helping individuals achieve independence and meaningful daily living.

You will assist with activities of daily living, community participation, transportation, and documentation, while advocating for people served and promoting safety, inclusion, and person-centered planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement person-centered service plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and skill development.
• Support transportation and access to community resources.
• Lead activities promoting community inclusion and social engagement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, supportive environment.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
