Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life within residential and community settings.

You will assist with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal attainment, while promoting community inclusion, self-determination, and meaningful relationships. Emphasis on safety and advocacy in a trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and play an active role in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
