Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a dedicated Residential Counselor to support individuals in gaining independence and meaningful community life. You’ll provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building in residential and community settings, focusing on daily living, safety, and person-centered goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service plans and support their implementation.
• Provide daily living support, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources.
• Implement activities that promote inclusion, relationships, and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Review and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
