Job summary

The Bindu Institute LLC is seeking a Life Skills Coach (LSC) in Fitzgerald, GA, to work part-time with individuals who have brain injuries or neurological conditions. You will provide functional supports to help clients live independently, access community resources, and develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities include advocating for clients, guiding decision-making, helping with household routines, promoting socialization, and assisting with community participation.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have reliable computer or device for daily documentation using common software.

Responsibilities

• Provides positive support and advocacy for the client.
• Assists with identifying choices and decisions involving daily activities.
• Provides structure for household management and routine development.
• Supports participation in recreation and community activities to promote socialization.
• Assists clients in gaining independence and reintegration into the community.
