Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to join our Independent Living team in Kalamazoo, MI. This part-time first shift (7a-3p) role offers a flexible schedule, benefits, and a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

You will support licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and daily living activities to enhance residents' quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with dressing, grooming, eating, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercises;

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English; communicates effectively.
• Ability to document care given; good assessment skills.
