Job summary

Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a fully licensed Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality care for adolescents and adults in PHP/IOP at our Sisters Grove onsite location in Colorado.

You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapies, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This exempt full-time role emphasizes licensure, supervision for associates, and ongoing professional development within a state-of-the-art PHP/IOP program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid independent state licensure in the state applicable (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapy: individual, group, and family sessions.

Education

Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field

Title: Clinical Therapist, Independent Licensed

Department/Location: Onsite

FLSA Status: Exempt

Schedule: Position is fulltime, 40 hours per week, 100% onsite at the Sisters Grove location; Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Position is working with both adolescents and adults in PHP/IOP.

Role Summary:

The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure.

• Conduct psychologicalandbiopsychosocialassessments and evaluations todetermineclients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plansto create a cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensiveandcontinuityofcare.
• Completes suicide risk assessment within identifiedtime framesand withappropriate thoroughnessand scoringwhile consulting with clinical leaders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsdetermininglength of stay and level of care.
• Assess andidentifycommunity resources based onclientsneeds during treatment/ aftercare planning.
• Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issueswhile building supportive and trusting relationships
• Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high-quality care.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

Required Qualifications :

• A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid Independent state licensure in the state applicable (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state-specific supervisory requirements.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $93,000 USD
