Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. in Arizona seeks a Clinician III to provide therapy to children, families and adults across diverse backgrounds.

The role includes assessments, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and case management, plus maintaining client records. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field; Arizona licensure (AzBBHE) as an independent practitioner; and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Marriage and Family, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Arizona Licensure (AzBBHE) as independent practitioner (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required.
• Experience with best practices therapeutic approaches.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of bilingual therapy settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, families and adults across diverse backgrounds.
• Perform assessments, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and case management.
• Maintain client records in current and complete status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
